You may have certain aches & pains that have stopped you from exercising in the past or you may have had an unpleasant experience working with a personal trainer who pushed you too far. You may have been very active previously but life has just gotten in the way.
At Zinger Fitness, we want to provide a friendly environment that you are excited to come to, get a workout in with a great group, and leave feeling better than before.
Many of our current members had never lifted prior to coming to Zinger Fitness, so yes you can definitely come, too! Lifting weights can be intimidating, especially if you haven’t done it before, but we will take it step-by-step so you feel comfortable and confident lifting.
100%! You can book a free session to try out a group class or a personal training session without having to pay anything. We want to make sure you love our classes before you sign up.
For both the group training and personal training sessions, we are more than happy to provide modified exercises so you don’t get left out and so you can still achieve your goal.
Zinger Fitness is many people’s first experience with group training. I’ve heard before, especially from those that like exercising on their own, that group training was surprisingly a very positive experience for them. The members enjoy having a group they can look forward to seeing on a regular basis which helps motivate them to keep coming and makes the experience more fun.
